“Come Grow With Us”. Our information package and application process allows us to get to know each other.
The application process contains 5 steps which are listed below.

MICROPOD RESERVATION FORM
You will need to submit a completed reservation form by email should you wish to reserve a MicroPod. We will provide you the reservation form once we have made contact.
As part of the reservation process, you will need to attend a one-on-one interview to review and discuss the operation of a MicroPod in the CannaPark. CannaWorld uses this information along with your Credit Check (outlined below) to evaluate your suitability to lease a MicroPod.
CREDIT CHECK APPLICATION FORM
CannaWorld is funding the construction of the MicroPod as well as all the equipment required to grow. Because a MicroPod is valued at almost $2 million, we need to know that you are in good standing. You will be required to complete the credit application form if you choose to proceed with your MicroPod reservation.
MUTUAL NDA AGREEMENT
As your application proceeds CannaWorld Ventures will require additional information from you. Some of this information is potentially sensitive and can include detailed personal information about you, your investors, other principals as well as financial and business information regarding your operation. The completed MNDA is submitted at the same time as your completed reservation.
Any information we collect will be held in the strictest confidence. Its use will relate directly to your application, the maintenance of any licence’s you hold, your lease and the delivery of products and services to your business. Its storage will conform to current privacy legislation.
Upon receiving the completed MNDA and reservation CannaWorld Ventures will email a sample copy of the Lease Agreement and the Products and Services Agreement.
This will be emailed to you at the appropriate time.
GROWER PROFITABILITY – YIELD REVENUE EXPENSES CALCULATOR
We have created an excellent tool to help you assess the financial viability to “Grow With Us”. Our Profitability Calculator is an excel worksheet containing variable inputs allowing you to calculate your profitability. This will be sent to you as part of your information package.
THE MICROPOD LEASE
The lease is the agreement you will enter into with CannaWorld to lease your MicroPod. It contains the terms and conditions under which you agree to operate as a Micro-Cultivator in the CannaPark.
A sample copy of the MicroPod Lease will be sent to you once you have signed and returned the MNDA.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AGREEMENT
This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the various products and services you will need to operate as a Micro-Cultivator in the CannaPark. All services, such as nursery services (including the provisioning of clones), harvesting, trimming, drying/curing, packaging, storage and sales, will be provided to you “at cost” (ie: on a cost recovery basis).
A sample copy of the Products and Services Agreement will be sent to you once you have signed and returned the MNDA.
STEP 3. MICROPOD RESERVATION
If you wish to proceed with the reservation of a MicroPod, you will need to complete and submit by email to info@CannaWorldVentures.com, the following:
a. MicroPod Reservation Form,
b. A summary of your background and knowledge of the cannabis industry,
c. Credit Check Application Form,
d. An initial deposit of $5,000.*
*Until your application is approved, you can terminate your reservation and we will refund your initial deposit. If CannaWorld does not approve your reservation, we will refund your initial deposit.
STEP 4. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR RESERVATION
Once your application to reserve a MiroPod is accepted, CannaWorld will provide you with the MicroPod Lease along with your Services Agreement for execution. Your next deposit in the amount of $20,000 will be due at that time.
STEP 5. HEALTH CANADA LICENCE APPLICATION
CannaWorld will work closely with you to commence preparing your Health Canada licensing application for submission.
